I write on behalf of Royal Naval personnel and their families based at HMNB Clyde to say a HUGE thank you for providing yesterday’s spectacular.

It was a vision to behold, all the Children and parents (much to their surprise) were thoroughly entertained and captivated throughout. Mark, his daughter and Sean pulled out all the stops to ensure success, their energy and adaptability were second to none and I can’t speak highly enough of them all.

Mark aka the Pied Piper was the hostess with the mostess, he MADE the atmosphere and kept the party tempo throughout - frankly admirable and worthy of a medal!

Furthermore the additional interactions from Elf on the Shelf, The Grinch and Santa encapsulated the day and I to date have been inundated with positive, thankful feedback and wish to promulgate that back to you also.

just like to say thank you to mark for a fantastic party, he had the kids eating out of his hand from start to finish and a lot of the parents were asking where i found him as he was possibly the best children's entertainer we have ever seen and we got him last min due to the company we booked not answering our calls or communicating with us once we payed for the party so a big thanks to mark and the bouncy castle man for helping us out and we have already booked for our sons party in November

Just a short note to say how brilliant your team on site have been this weekend.

Craig and Connor have a fantastic can do attitude, and nothing was too much trouble for them (despite the lack of sleep!!)

As you will know, we had quite a large change of plan Saturday PM and the guys just got on with what needed to be done, even though it meant working through the night, to make the event a success.

They have been professional throughout and we could not have asked for better support.

Hi, Just to say a massive thank you for giving Orla a fab birthday disco she thoroughly enjoyed it as did all her friends. The structure and communication between Dj and party host worked so well - everyone knew what was happening when. Tony was so much fun and completely help the kids attention for the whole party. I loved that Tony encouraged Orla to take the mic and say a few thank you's as she would never have done that if I'd ask her too - it added a personal touch! Once again thank you, we will be sure to use you again and recommend to our family and friends.

where do I start???

mark was set up before we arrived and had soft music playing for my guests arriving and had the volume at a level that we could all talk as like all parties there is people you have never seen for years and gave us a chance to catch up.

once we had the buffet the party started with mark getting my son to do a silly dance that went down so well but then preceded to play a few games throughout the night.

he played such a wide range of music that appealed to everyone even us old timers

cant thank mark and dj ash enough for making my boys 21'st a night to remember and I know several of his friends have already booked

Thank you so much, DJ fatz was brilliant. He was so interactive with the kids at the party he had them dancing and playing games the whole time. Everyone had such a good time. Could not have hired anyone better for the job. Not only was the music and lights really good but he single handedly kept a whole hall of children age 4-7 engaged and entertained for two hours. The experience really was over and above what I had expected and hoped for and will be booking again.

I just wanted to write and thank you for the excellent service I received from you and your team yesterday.  I can’t thank you enough as the whole process from start to finish was just seamless – which was really reassuring while I had the stress of organising everything else! My baby brother had an absolute ball and the castle was definitely the highlight of the day for he and all his friends! I’d also like to mention the professionalism and friendliness of your staff.  I received a phone call asking if I would like the castle a day early as you had a driver in Edinburgh anyway.  He arrived when he said he would, was patient enough to wait for me to arrive as I was running late and explained things well, in a short space of time which left me free to get on with the rest of the day.  The person who came to collect was also very courteous and understanding about the fact that the kids may still be playing on or around the castle even though the party had actually ended.  All of this coupled with the quick quote I received at the start, the competitive price and the quality of the castle meant that my whole experience was an exceptional one and surpassed any expectations I had.  I added your leaflets to the party bags and will recommend you to everyone throwing a kids party.  Your guy did tell me where I could leave a review but I’m afraid it has slipped my mind.  If you could let me know I would be more than happy to reiterate this somewhere online.  Please also feel free to use any extracts from this email for any future marketing material.

I booked the giant slide and DJ Ash for my sons 10th birthday party and its the best party he has ever had. From the start, the company was great to deal with. As soon as I arrived at the party venue, DJ Ash and the slide were all ready there about to set up. Whilst there, the team were professional setting up the giant slide and DJ equipment. This was the first big party I have arranged (20 kids), but DJ Ash was great in helping me with planning the time for food and games etc. From the very start to the very end the kids were entertained, it was non stop games, dancing to all the latest music and all round fun. He even entertained the adults too. If you are planning a party, this is the team to go with, they are amazing and you wont find a better price anywhere else. And after posting the pics on facebook and reading all the comments from the kids that went, they will all agree, DJ Ash and the bouncy castle man gives the best party ever!

My daughter booked a bouncy castle for my granddaughters birthday ,although we only expected it for the day we had it two days, what excellent value for the price charged. My grandchildren had a fantastic weekend, to watch the joy on their faces was just great. Daniel and Matthew were 6 on the 22nd June 2013 and we hired a giant slide and DJ Ash.What an amazing party we had all thanks to Ashley and his team. The day went really well and the kids loved the slide even more so when it got a little polish to make them go faster. The best way to go when having a party as the kids are taken care of and kept well entertained with party games and a disco even the adults were kept entertained and were involved. Price for the combined disco and slide was a bargain. Would recommend this to all you party planners out there. Hi Ashley, Would just like to say thank you once more for the excellent bouncy castle you supplied for my daughters 13th birthday party. The guys arrived when expected and set up very professionally. The weather was mixed over the weekend so I was glad I had booked the circus dome tent!!! It was pouring at one point but the girls stayed completely dry!!! They were in and out of it from half one when they arrived until 9pm when I had to call them in to give the neighbours some peace!!! keeping it overnight was great as when the family came round the next day it kept all the kids entertained (10 -18!!!!!) Billie Lees party 10th birthday 30th March Booked DJ Ash for my daughters 10th birthday was looking at about 40 children attending varying in ages, i was worried about keeping them all entertained but should not have been! DJ Ash and his team arrived early to start the setting up, i had booked the giant slide and 2 hour disco, DJ Ash was very professional, when i arrived at the hall he had already started setting up, he ran through what was going to happen in regards to playing games bringing out of cake, stopping for food etc...i was a little unsure how long i should let the children sit and eat etc as this was my first experience of organising a party on this scale, DJ Ash instantly put me and ease, telling me times etc as he has had more experience. The children loved all the music everything up to date loved the party games, and the giant slide was brilliant! DJ Ash also kept all the parents entertained with his jokes. I have been to other childrens parties and DJ Ash is by far the best entertainer, his equipnment and lights are also upto date and looked great in the hall! I will definately recommend in the future!!

I hired a kids castle, as we had family visiting for the weekend, and thought it would be a great surprise for all the grandchildren as we don't get the chance to get them altogether very often. Castle was delivered in plenty time and set up within minutes, the guys took time to suggest best place to site it and the safety rules were explained in detail and not rushed through which makes a change from being asked to 'just sign here please'! We were upgraded at no extra charge to a bigger castle and had an extra day of use as Ash phoned to say he wouldn't collect until the following day. We had a lot of adults just itching to have a go so think the next hire will be for an adult castle. The castle kept 20 kids happy for 7 hours (I make that £4.50 per child for 7 hours entertainment !), and a crowd of adults very happy that their kids were happy ! What with the wind & the rain I was worried it would need to be cancelled (and after speaking to some other mums who had told me that other bouncy castle companies had cancelled on them that morning I was even more worried) However ours was delivered set up & secured down from the winds with no problems at all. Hi Ashley, When I saw the drizzling rain in the morning I thought there is no way anyone will be coming and a Bouncy Castle is out of the question! However "thebouncycastleman" sorted it all out and supplied an all weather Bouncy Castle for our Easter Fun Day at the same price. It was extremely popular with the children and although it poured with rain for most of the day it didn't dampen the enthusiasm of the children to have fun. I hired a 12' square princess bouncy castle for my daughter's 6th birthday party, and booked the disco to go along with it. Both were superb. Got lots of comments from other parents about how new and clean the bouncy castle was compared to some they've seen at other events. DJ kept the kids (and adults) entertained and made it all a lot of fun. Best part for most of the kids was towards the end when the main hall lights were turned down and they had the disco lights and glow sticks. Thank you so much for the brilliant hire of the Circus Dome Bouncy Castle. I would highly recommend this to everyone. It is totally enclosed so if it rains it is ideal. The whole thing is waterproof. The service was great and the people were very friendly and also very thoughtful as the weather forecast the day before was said to be bad on the day we had planned to have it we were offered to have it a day early no extra charge. DJ Ash provided an absolutely excellent evening of entertainment for my wife's 50th birthday bash. Held in a marquee with around 120 guests, his music and light show kept the event going till the early hours and made the event a night to remember that will be talked about for a long time to come. The vast selection of music that he had at his fingertips ensured that he could cater for any type of request and since there was something for everyone, the dance floor was always busy. DJ Ash also provided a bouncy castle at the start of the evening for the kids and ensured that they also had a great time. If I ever have another party like this, DJ Ash will be my first call. My daughter and her friends had so much fun on it and it occupied them for most of the party that I had to prise them off to give them lunch and to play party games! As promised, a wee email to say thank you so very very much for coming to my rescue at the weekend for Christopher's party. You have no idea how many tears I shed at the thought of telling him he wasn't getting his castle. I honestly cannot thank you enough.

The castle itself was really good quality with plenty of crash mats and soft landing surfaces (my priority) and terrific fun (children's priority). Christopher and all his friends had a great time, as did my 2 year old daughter who negotiated her way up the little steps and down the slide as if it was the most natural thing in the world. I'm sorry I wasn't here when you came to collect, I only hope it was left in good condition - we did attempt to sweep all the grass and stuff out of it before we pulled the plug.
